    The URL is fixed the first time you create your gig; it won't impact orders or ranking.

    The seller allows the buyer to be reminded to leave a review. Even the Fiverr Success Manager encourages us to do so.

    What is not allowed is to ask for five-star reviews or ask to change their review (this is a review manipulation).

     

    Yes, we can ask politely about improving services, I agree, but informing the buyer that "the review below 5 was actually hurtful to our gig performance" will come under indirect manipulation.

    Doing this will lead to a warning or account suspension since discussing reviews with buyers is strictly prohibited.

    Only the customer care team can help you regarding your matter. If you have already contacted them, waiting for their revert is better.

     Yeah, that's the biggest challenge. We cannot check comments on mobile without struggling with the chrome browser on the phone and viewing desktop mode with glitches.

    I have already tried hard on this but unfortunately Fiverr doesn't issue any commission invoice to the seller which is required by most countries nowadays.

    Due to this one of my buyer ordered my gig twice and now I need to cancel the duplicate gig and refund him. This will increase the cancellation rate.

    I think only Indian users are facing this issue, please report to customer care.

    Several users have been facing one issue for the last three days. Fiverr works very slow after 10 PM IST, and whenever I send any message, the message takes 5-7 minutes to deliver. For example, If I write "hi" and refresh the page, the message disappears, but after 5-7 minutes, It shows as sent. My many clients were also facing similar issues while they were chatting with me & they mentioned the same. I am sure it is not an issue at my end since I have done all the troubleshooting steps, such as switching internet connection, trying incognito mode, changing browser, changing PC, different operating system, using the mobile app, clearing cookies & cache etc. So many people discussed this from last 3 days but I guess customer care is still not aware of this issue. I tried explaining the same to customer care but they think issue is with my internet connection. Can you please check on this?

    Yeah but no one discussed that both TDS & TCS are being charged after indian GST number is updated,100% people just discussed about selecting particular option in billing section but i think rarely anyone updated GST number in india being a freelancer here.
