  2. I think there is a bug on fiverr from last 2 days, every buyer & every seller's profile is showing "online badge." Did anyone notice?
  3. It won't affect your stats (check order completion percentage under analytics section) but cancellation will still appear under gig's tab so nothing to worry about it ๐Ÿ™‚
  4. Your profile is showing you "online" & your gig is appearing in online results as well
  5. Its automatic process there is no option to enable it.
  6. When the "Show online" button is turned off in the mobile app it always shows profile as "away", hope it helps. ๐Ÿ™‚

  8. If you are eligible for second time the "Cash Advance" option will appear under earnings tab like before, its automatic process.
  9. It rarely works, i tried different browsers also but no luck from 2 years.
  10. Its generally due to gig rotation not due to any editing (until you make major changes like title keywords etc). Have patience keep optimizing your gig to make it more cost effective as well as attractive until you get a good rank again. Please make sure to wait few days after every modification you make to compare the results.
  11. Even if you keep app open it will make you offline in few minutes (5-8 minutes generally)

  17. I am sure you haven't updated PAN card number under settings that why fiverr debited 25% from your order amount (20% commission on 50 USD + 5% TDS on 50USD). Once you will update PAN card number TDS deduction will be just 1% (refundable) along with 20% commission deduction
  18. That is really strange, i am also waiting for update from customer care team. It took me around 3-4 follow ups to explain the exact issue but after that no revert from customer care.
  19. Yes but i gig early clearance for 3 transactions yet it did not add to fiverr cash advance balance
  20. Anyone experienced similar issue? Just 58 USD amount left to be paid but this amount is not getting debited from payment clearance since a week.
