  1. If, despite trying the above-mentioned techniques, you’re unable to succeed, your only hope is to contact CS and get it sorted out with them. There isn’t the ability to upload documents or anything from your camera roll. It all has to be live now. I know because i’ve done this about 7 times now and still no luck. Fiverr has terrible technology and they refuse to acknowledge it.
  2. Have you been able to get this situation fixed? Because my account is doing the same thing. I have the newest iphone, and when i take my pictures, it’s perfectly clear. But once i upload, it’s blurry. What is going on? I have emailed customer service 20 times and all they do is just keep telling me to continue uploading. like how does that even make any sense??
