Hi Fiverr support tea, I have done with almost 12 orders with 5 star ratting and excellent communication and providing extra VIP support to my clients but my success score is not effected till yet, will it be increased on 14th date ?? kindly explain this point

The same happened to me as well. I perfectly completed 8 new orders with phenomenal quality conversation as well as with a 5 rating but my success score went from 6 to 5.

 my gig is performing the best in my category on top pages, and I have excellent client satisfaction on the inbox messages as well with excellent quality. I have completed over 10 orders with 5-star ratings this month but the success score decreased instead of increasing even I have made 1 room green, I do not have any negative effect, just empty rooms for growth

Hello fiverr folks.

1 day ago I paused my top selling gig and then activated again within 5-10 minutes and the next day, my gig stats for clicks and impressions dropped to 0. Kindly give me some tips to restore my gig position again. I did this because 2 months ago I had an order cancellation due to sickness. After that whenever I searched for my gig in the search bar it never appeared in the results. Before this my gig always appeared in the top list of results in most of the keywords, but now it does not appear anymore, even though I have excellent stats
