You can use "Resolution Center" in the order page to cancel the order. Funds will be refunded to the buyer once the order is cancelled. If the order is cancelled, and the buyer still asking for a "refund", forward the case to CS.

Most buyers consult multiple sellers before placing an order. So you cannot convert every message to a sale. 

But if you are suspicious about those messages, or if they are asking to contact outside, you must report those messages.

If you are using Fiverr mobile app, you should set your status as "Online". It automatically set to "Offline" after a couple of weeks.

So make sure to set "Online" on both your desktop browser and mobile app.

Statement of earning document shows the value we received after 20% fee. However, you may notice a little difference in the statement and your analytics page if you bought services on Fiverr, or spent your earnings for seller plus and promotions.

Your username is your unique identity on Fiverr and it cannot be changed. In order to use another username, you need to close your account and create a new one.

Please keep in mind, the buyer will be able to leave a review (possibly a negative one) after completing the order. Even the buyer can cancel the order via CS, if he have a good point (even after completing). So I recommend you to think about that.

[Big fraud! Fiverr ate my $1400]

Big fraud! Fiverr ate my $1400 USD, My name is Mbaye, I’ve placed order in Fiverr and in the next day my account is suspended because of the violation of TOS. They have never showed me any proof which violation i did.

I didn’t get my work completed and filed a dispute in Paypal. Once i filed a dispute i got message from Fiverr that they highly recommend me to cancel dispute and solve this issue within Fiverr.

I have canceled the dispute and asking to Fiverr to refund me ASAP but now it seems me there is no response for me.

As order is cancelled the seller didn’t took money and I cannot use funds as Fiverr Credit anymore as my account is suspended there. therefore All my money is wasted. I cannot get my money back via Paypal. I have to file an other dispute from Paypal or from Credit Card Issuing bank.

I will update everyone here if they will allow me to get my refund.

If your order wasn’t completed, you should ask seller for modifications/revisions. If it’s not working, you can open a cancellation request through Fiverr (not Paypal).

I have found seller also in Facebook and seller clearly said

If the seller provided their Facebook IDs, that’s also against Fiverr terms.
