I thought about your situation and would like to suggest something, but it is just my personal opinion, and you are not bound to agree with it. If you want to get orders from other countries, then you have to wait a while until your gigs get impressions and block the Nigerian accounts or any similar accounts whenever they contact you for orders. Grow your account properly to get authentic and bigger orders in the future.

First, contact customer support and tell them the situation with details, then redeliver the order.

I recently did this 😄 Your gig initially goes down for a while. I won't suggest this for a well-performing gig because it will suddenly go down for a while.

Please join free online courses from EdX or Coursera sites, or you can do courses from Fiverr Learning, but most of them are paid. They are offering wonderful online courses to learn new skills.

I personally think that either you achieve your goal or you learn something with experience. There is no loss. You can learn some amazing techniques online until you get the order. If your current system is fine for the beginning, then start from there and upgrade according to the jobs you get, but if you think you need to upgrade your computer now, then go for it. There is no harm in trying something new, and currently every market is saturated, but you can create your place with high-quality work.
