  1. Already done that, They said that, this a manual process and advised me to follow the top rated sellers how they created there account/gigs. But followed them too but I didn’t get any wrong with my gigs. They must give some accurate guideline what to do!

Maybe because of your language skills. You have mentioned English as Fluent but I can see some mistakes and maybe that can be one of the reasons. So it’s not Fluent. Just assuming on the possibility! Don’t want to demoralize you in any way. This is just what I saw the moment I read your 3 line sentence.

  2. I need help. Actually, I’m promoting my one gig last 1 month, and this was very helpful for me, but from yesterday my promotion option pending. I don’t understand happened.Any one please help me how to pending to promoted.1

    same issue but no guidance.

  3. but like past 2-3 days ago, all of the gigs were marked to “pending” instead of “promoted”.

Did you get any orders with your promoted gigs before 3 days ago? Because I was thinking that some of your buyers may have said something in the Fiverr secret review that made Fiverr want to give your gigs a second look.

Nope. Barely got any clicks and impressions. Maybe this is the reason why it’s in pending state now. But why it was promoted earlier. My main gig is on the first page and i am normally getting orders. So how it doesn’t meet the quality.

One thing I want to ask is will promoting the gig change the organic sales and impressions? Suppose if i stop the promotion, what will happen then?

  4. A week ago, I was given the option to use this feature, everything was working fine, but like past 2-3 days ago, all of the gigs were marked to “pending” instead of “promoted”.
And it’s still like that. Anyone else has this issue?

  5. I never received this verification thing or somehow I am already verified.

No, you are not verified. Don’t worry when your time comes, you will see the dark notice on your account.

    peoples does get some issues

I think it is the quality of the images they take. It is not a manual verification where someone has to compare the two photos.

Oh. Great thing to know. Thanks for the information. :hugs:

  6. I think a Samsung S9+ has a great front camera.

But, I just did not want to take the chance. I got someone to take the picture instead of a selfie.

It does indeed. But I don’t think they would reject the photo even it was taken from the front camera. I wonder why some peoples does get some issues and other just gets verified in minutes. And on the other hand side, I never received this verification thing or somehow I am already verified. 😎

  7. I wouldn’t be surprised if it worked even then.

It worked. Got verified in less than 10 seconds.

They asked for my passport which is due for renewal in 2 months, it has a 10-year-old photo. I honestly felt my current look is different from that of my passport.

I think every Facial recognition algo should match a face with a photo stretching years.

For those yet to verify, use a phone with a high-quality camera. You need pixel perfect images. I used the back camera instead of the selfie camera - back cameras are better.

Or you have a phone which has a bad quality front camera and a good rear camera. 😉

  8. Yeah… my account is fine and safe.

    I’m glad to hear that.

After you scan the QR code, it does redirect to a unique page. Maybe not!

Like I mentioned in the original post, all sellers, upon receiving the notification to verify their ID, are directed to the same link. It is only after you login with your Fiverr ID/pw that it takes you to a unique, secure page to upload your documents.

What do you mean by that? Did you logged in into your account via a mobile browser?

I thought, it would just take you to the Fiverr app if installed and start the process directly in the app.

@hanshuber16 You just gave me a heart attack. When I clicked this link, I saw this info:

I never received any verification thing, so why did it showed me this.

I refreshed my profile, 3-4 times just to see that my profile is safe.

please Give me advise . This is my first time withdraw.

    You answered yourself:

If the error persists, contact customer support

  11. The PayPal balance is always used as the primary funding source. Maybe you have the PayPal balance in different currency and that’s why it is happening. This is a PayPal’s thing. You have to contact them to solve this thing.

    Try this:
Disable the Pay After Delivery feature from your account is:

    1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
    2. Click the Settings icon at the top of the page.
    3. Under ‘Payment settings’, beside ‘Payment preferences’, click Edit .
    4. Under ‘Paying after delivery is my preferred way to pay’, click Turn this option off .

    I hope this helps.

If this doesn’t work, then contact PayPal customer support.

  12. Also, What does this flag mean?

Would it affect my rankings and search availability in any way?

The flag will not decrease or increase your sales, views, etc. but it will affect your account… let’s just say that there is a limited time an account can get flagged or can get warned and after that Fiverr ban the account from its platform

  13. If they were the designing gigs and it got denied then there must be a reason. Something which is not allowed on Fiverr was there in your gigs. You got flagged because 3 times your gig got deleted on denied which raises the account authenticity issues. It is better for you to contact CS, and asks if they can give more information. But I also suggest you read the Terms of Service and Privacy policy of Fiverr.

  14. Also, it might happen if you have an ad blocker activated in your browser. People, and Google too, like you to see ads.

So, if you have one active, another option might be to use one browser without ad blocker for Fiverr (preferably Chrome as it’s optimized for that, according to support), and another one with the ad blocker of your choice, for your other browsing.

There is no need for that… If someone is using Adblock he or she can just put the Fiverr website URL in the exceptions list so whenever you visit the Fiverr, adblock will not run on any of the webpages of the website.
