  1. Dear Fiverr Community,

As a longstanding member of Fiverr since 2015, I've witnessed numerous positive changes that have enhanced our platform's efficiency and user experience. However, one aspect that warrants reconsideration is the response rate requirement for sellers, particularly for achieving and maintaining levels.

The current policy stipulating a response rate above 80% for Level 1 and 90% for Level 2 and 3 sellers has raised concerns among many of us. While I appreciate the intention to prioritize responsiveness and customer service, it inadvertently penalizes sellers for circumstances beyond their control.

Often, interactions with buyers consist of brief messages like "Hi," with no further engagement despite our best efforts to provide timely and meaningful responses. Additionally, the expectation of maintaining a high response rate, even during off-hours or when availability is limited, imposes undue pressure on sellers.

I urge Fiverr to revisit this policy to ensure it remains fair and equitable to both sellers and buyers. By fostering an environment that recognizes the challenges sellers face and respects their commitment to delivering quality work, we can sustain a platform that attracts and retains top-tier freelancers.

Let's work together to make Fiverr a place where both sellers and buyers thrive.

There should be easy way to cancel some orders without impact on ranking (by support manually so support can see if such order is cancelled because of seller or for example "mistake" order by buyer)...  Sometimes buyers don't read rules or information about gig and service 😞

Fiverr should think about this seriouly. A good seller reputaion is ver important for them. Some buyer just order without reading or knowing about the gig.

  3. Hello,

After completing various projects on Fiverr, I believe that it's important for the platform to offer a certificate to its sellers that they can use to showcase their skills and experiences. Fiverr is a well-known platform worldwide, and it's high time that they provide value to their sellers by recognizing their achievements. I believe that many sellers would appreciate this feature. It would be beneficial to have a standard certificate that includes information such as the number of successful projects completed and the seller's rating. This recognition would greatly benefit a seller's career.

I hope that Fiverr will take this request seriously and consider providing a standard formal certificate for their sellers.

  4. Hi Everyone,
It's been 6 years of journey in Fiverr. But I have a suggestion that may be helpful for sellers. I noticed that sometimes buyers buy gigs without contacting or understanding the project details. They don't see the gig details properly so the amount of work with payment differ a lot. At that time the only way for sellers is to cancel the job. But if you cancel the rating of Order completion will be decreased a lot that affects seller level. My suggestion is to please include a facility for the seller to accept/reject the task whenever a buyer purchases without contact. So both seller and buyer can understand about the task can be complete or not.
I hope this will be very helpful for sellers to maintain level.
    Thank you
