    If it's that many late, it would be a fair amount. It's 90%, so 10 isn't enough. You might be best served waiting for the 60-day time-lapse and once it resets, try your best to not be late with future orders. Utilize the resolution feature to raise the time limit if you can. Track the average time spent on certain tasks you do. This way, your prior experience would make your time estimations for customers better.

    I got a good amount of them, but most of them I have to ignore, because I didn't have the skill they were looking for. I only got accepted for two and that was a good while ago. Hopefully, I get better luck in the future.
