Chat Feature Request

It would be super convenient to have a chat feature. Waiting for an email from someone and/or having to refresh the window in the middle of working directly with a customer is difficult.

I understand a lot of gigs are simply a request from a customer then a “product” is delivered. End of gig. However, a lot are more involved and require constant communication. If chat was an option, I could likely deliver some of my orders in half the time I do now.
