We joined Fiverr back in August. After signed up, we were not idea how to start sales our service on Fiverr. My friend did research and read tips, forum, blog,success stories and many other stuffs and we got bit confidence that we can sale our services. Initially we designed two gigs and orders got started, after that we have created more gigs and did great sales. Mobile App helping a lot to response a buyer within few minutes and maintain “Average Response Time”. We are getting regular orders from past clients. Timely delivery with satisfactory quality is important. We are in design & development field wherein clients outsourcing their work due to not having enough time, we should keep into mind when we decide about delivery time and should manage delivery on decided time. We were able to make client happy from work and even some of clients given tips.

We would like to share some important factors which are important to get success on fiver.

  1. Be professional, respectful, and honest with client.

  2. Do communication with clients to understand their exact requirement and hence avoid cancellation or negative review.

  3. Deliver work on time. time is money, because higher delivery rate helps to do more sales. Keep in mind that customer checks average delivery time before ordering.

  4. Double check work you have done before delivering it.

  5. Become active member on fiverr.

  6. Update availability considering present projects you have.

  7. Keep research about creative ideas and time by time, improve existing gigs or create new gigs.

  8. Be flexible to refund client if he not satisfied from service or looking different things from your service.

  9. Always ask to client for write review.
