Why my level not coming!

I’m new in fiverr. I’ve done 13 order with 98% positive rating without any negative rating… but my level gadget not coming!!! can any one know what the problem. what I can do now? plz help…

You’d have to ask Customer Support directly. I would suggest you do so calmly instead of demanding it with all this “!!!” and then be patient for a response.
