webdatasolution
Go to the Manage Sales sub-section in the Selling section. Click on the relevant order. Click on the Resolution Center tab next to the Activity tab. Choose to cancel it along with the reasons thereof.
rudevectors
Assuming this is as a buyer, since we’re in the Tips for Buyers section, If the order has been delivered then it has 3 days to auto complete, unless you click complete yourself. The advice is similar, in that on the order page you have the resolution tab, and can then pick the reason. It’s only mutual if both buyer and seller explicitly accept. Cancellations on the buyer side, whether mutual or not, don’t, or so we believe, have any impact on their accounts.
jamesbulls
If the sale has been long closed and the resolution center isn’t an option anymore, then you have to go through customer support. I include a satisfaction guarantee on my work, and I don’t put a time limit on it, so I’ve done this for one of my clients thus far. Open a ticket with customer support, include the order number, and explain that you agreed to refund the customer’s order. Easy peasy.
