Custom Order Criteria should be fixed!

I have noticed that there is nothing such like “submitting required information” option in custom orders …when any buyer accepts our custom order there should also an option of “ask for required info” for buyer and a “submit required info” option for seller …! And Custom order should not get start before this submitting information process … Please if you can fix this problem !
