Buyers being stupid sometimes

Ok so a buyer ordered my gig without inboxing me first whereas it’s written clearly in the gig instructions to inbox first before ordering.

So he sent me like tons of assignments that were due on him since the start of his semester. And since my gig is to deliver within a day, he expects me to complete these assignments tomorrow and in just $10! (I would have charged $80-90)

I requested a mutual cancellation order which is currently pending.

What would happen if he denies the mutual cancellation offer?

Then if I take this case to Resolution Centre, will my seller status fall because of this?

Please, fellow sellers I need some help here!
