How do I cancel an order made by a buyer?

In my reply, that I can not perform his order, the buyer does not respond.

What will happen if I just ignore the order? Will this affect my ranking somehow?

Do not ignore the order. The time is ticking and then it would become a later delivery.

Write to the buyer and let them know that you have to cancel the order as you are unable to complete it.



When you have the order opened at the top there is a tab called Resolution Centre. Click on this and complete accordingly.
