Paid for Gig But Nothing Showing

I paid for a gig and completed via paypal, this has been debited but there is nothing showing in my Fiverr account or that of the seller. Is there a delay from when the payment is made to when it shows as completed so the seller can start?

can you do that? i thought all transaction are on fiverr not out side of fiverr. (confuse)

I paid for a gig and the seller was fair enough to refund the entire amount because there was no work needed. Now I have a balance that is due to me. How do I get it back? In other words, how do I transfer my money back to the CC (or Paypal account) I used to pay with?
