What the hell goin on with fiverr file uploads for pdf images!

OK this frustrating anyone had this problem when you wanna upload your art work to show on your profile X( X( X(

What’s the actual problem? I haven’t had any problem with the PDF uploader, but I have had a problem with my messages this morning. My email says that I have 5 messages from both yesterday and today on Fiverr, but when logging into my account there are no new messages.

when i wanted to add a artwork into my profile for buyers can see it just said please add a pdf althought it aready a pdf file
