Review Disappeared

Last night I deliver my 7th order ,the customer was pretty happy with the outcome and gave me stars and appreciated my work in the review too. Now I logged in after 8 hours and the review is gone. Why did this happen?

The two most likely reasons I can think of are what I’ll mention first, but keep in mind it may be a glitch and only contacting Customer Service will tell you for sure.



One possibility is that the buyer came back and deleted it.



The other I can think of is that if the buyer did something against ToS and their account was removed, I suppose it’s possible the review would be gone too. Not sure about this one but you might want to see if their account is still active.



Edited to add - I just glanced at your gigs and it looks like every one of your reviews is from the same person. While that can certainly happen naturally, that could have drawn attention from Fiverr CS and they may be looking into that account. Just another guess to add.

Reply to @asiscreations: So, with that ruled out, I would suggest first contacting the buyer to ask if they did delete or change the review. If it was a mistake they can fix it if they do so quickly. Otherwise, CS is your only real option.

They probably just removed it, happens sometimes.
