Do you pay taxes for you Fiverr income?

Just wanted to know how you do, the rules depends on what country you live in I guess. Would be fun to hear if you have to pay anything in your country and if you try to avoid it. My team is from Sweden, a country that has been on the top three of highest tax rates in the world the last couple of years. 🙂

Well on fiverr side we just pay $1 per order, but when it come to withdraw we pay around 5$-20$ per withdraw on our local bank ATM to payoneer.

Reply to @kjblynx: Did look in to this last night 🙂 We have to report this as a hobby and pay taxes from our first dollar, it seems. So there is no “free amount” we could earn in Sweden. If we earn too much on FIverr it can no longer be considered a hobby and we have to start a company as well, but that is not really an issue (yet at least)



I guess it is alright to pay taxes since this is just money for fun for us, but still, it is a bit annoying to lose a third of our Fiverr-income to taxes.
