Bad rep

This gig has a bad rep : https://www.fiverr.com/s/5x3kt9



I believe it has happened because 2 people has canceled it.



It was Ok with the first guy, but the second cancellation was a costumer that purchased the gig by mistake and we both agreed to cancel it.



I also have 80% rep and no orders, so I can’t check the buyer requests.



Is there anything I can do about it ?
