Your seller should have sent you a file attached to a message which shows on the order page along with an automatic message from Fiverr saying something about ‘your order’s been delivered’. If you don’t see the file or instructions from the seller on where to pick up your logo (if files are too large, some sellers use a remote location, but you need a password and instructions to get it), then immediately message the seller asking where the logo is. If you don’t hear anything in return, you have 2 options. At the top of the order page, next to the order number is a link, “Resolution Center”. Click that and either ask for a modification, which re-opens the order so the seller has to address the situation, or ask to cancel the order. In either case the seller must respond to you. You must do this within 3 days of being notified that your order was “delivered”.
