I NEED HELP ON MY FIVERR GIG

Hello community I need help on my account, most especially my GIG. I got a direct message and I converted it but after the delivery my gig stopped showing on search and I checked the performance of the gig but I didn't violate any fiverr rule.  I did 2 completed jobs and even the buyer gave me good feedback but on my profile my job success score 6 and the particular Gig is showing 4 jss. There is this red flag on the gig but not specifying which key areas was affected. Kindly help me to attend to this please!
