I had a seller account on fiverr I wanted to change my username so i deleted my first accounted and created a new one now my seller is not approved. What to do now?

It's because new account (2nd Fiverr account) is not allowed to create on Fiverr. If you had an issue with the username, then you should have contacted Fiverr Support and ask for their permission to create another account. Unfortunately, your journey on Fiverr seems to be over (sorry to say).
