The instability of gig impressions.

Hello everyone,
am I the only one who feels the instability of gig impressions even though I have maximized Manage Daily Budget and cpc 3$ for promoted gigs? We should have paid, we get the impact of what we pay. This is strange and not like one or two years ago where promoted gigs without maximizing already get very high impressions and automatically my gigs are visible on the page. I miss the old system, and it really helps sellers.

 i stopped promoting my gigs, at first it seemed to work and I had a few orders, but the impressions ate up my budget

I just reached level 2 seller, I am wondering if I should use seller plus and gigs advertising? My impressions and clicks are very low.
