Buyers keeps leaving 4.7 Stars

Hi, I've noticed that since Fiverr overhauled the review system and UI/UX, buyers keep leaving 4.7 Stars, and it's always Value of Delivery which gets 4 Stars, upon inquiring with some buyers, they said they left 5 stars, but I can't pursue this more due Fiverr policy.

I contacted Fiverr, asking if there was something wrong with UI/UX, but they gave me a standard response.

I wanted to know if you guys are experiencing the same.

It’s tough to compete on value for money because there will always be someone offering services at a lower price. In our field, Fiverr has set a standard of $80 for basic plans, and we can’t go below that for our packages. However, some sellers have found ways around this, offering gigs for $20-$30 and getting orders.

I understand, but my concern is different. Every time it's Value of Delivery with 4 stars, the same thing happens again and again. To me, it looks like some UI/UX issue.
