Why It took more than one that to process video of a gig?

After 5 years, I re-subscribed. The video I uploaded for almost 30 hours is still in processing. No rules have been broken, I can even see a tick, but because it is processing, it remains in the “gig” draft section.

I also still have all the information from my membership 5 years ago. But the account was deleted because it was not used. The username was my first and last name. So it is an important username for me 🙂 Anyway, is there any possibility to write to support and get my old membership or old username in some form?
