Buyer didn't pay after resolution

Buyer agreed to accept the order after resolution, so i agreed as most of times i didn't face any issue.

But this time Buyer agreed to accept the offer after work completion, and now the buyer has gone absconding.

What are the next steps?

Have you been doing the work first, and then taking orders for the completed work??

Then buyer is under no obligation to place the order. 

Alot of buyers just walk away with work and we can't do anything about it.

You can’t really do much if it’s all about trust, but I’d recommend waiting to start until you’ve got the order in queue
