Client ordered and then disappeared!

Hi guys, i have encountered a situation where a client messaged me just once and didn’t even ask me if i can complete this particular task or not, he/she placed an order directly. He/She is now unresponsive and doesn't seem interested at all in providing necessary information needed to continue with the order. Client just copy pasted the enquiry question in the requirements section and started the order. I got a bad vibe from this buyer idk why. Is it possible that i cancel this order through resolution center and it doesn't effect my stats and what if i contact support first and give them a valid reason that the client doesn't seem interested at all to continue with the order. Is there any way out without disturbing my stats. I would really appreciate if you guys share your experiences with me. Thanks 😊
