"fiverr requires me to verify my id within 14 days or i wont be able to sell or even withdraw my hard earned funds.
what should i do to ensure succesfull id verification. i do not want to loose my 308$"

Then what's the problem in verification? Ask your friend to verify himself/herself first no matter what.
