HELP: Kickstart doesn't let me verify!

Hello, there, so I cannot verify my own ID on Kickstart. I'm trying to upload a picture directly through my camera, but the website doesn't let me do that. What can I do?
I want to take pictures of my ID and my passport, but as soon as I click "use this image," it doesn't upload to the website. Please help. Thank you.

I tried 2 different browsers, but still no luck. What can I do? Thank you.

Please refresh everything, clear your cookies and caches and it might work.  I faced kinda similar issue while signing up for fiverr and after conversating with the CS for a few times, I was told to do this and then everything was swift!

Nothing, I've tried on the app and 2 different browsers, and it still doesn't work. Any other tips? How do I contact CS?
