Currency Conversion Charges at Withdrawal

Hello,

I wanna get the information about the currency conversion charges which applies at withdrawal. I have few questions which need to be answered;

1- If someone wanna withdraw to GBP bank account, which conversion rate applies as there is no information about the rate on fiverr?

2- What other fees associated with it?

3- What is best method to withdraw the funds from fiverr, currently there are three options available 1- PayPal, 2- Payoneer and 3- Bank Transfer.

4- Which one method will help in cost saving, Fiverr to Payoneer (in USD) and then payoneer to Bank Account (GBP) OR Fiverr to bank account (GBP).
