Bug on the Logo Maker - business name dissapearing

In the past days I've had 3 clients contact me directly with a similar bug. Their business name disappears when choosing the logo, so they don't proceed with purchasing it. The slogan works as normal.

I have screenshots of the bug from the clients, but don't want to post their private screenshots publicly. If someone from Fiverr team contacts me, I would be happy to send the screenshots.

Would love to see the bug fixed, because it seems to affect the sales in a major way.

I believe you can report bug by opening support tickets, may i know why you didnt contact Fiverr Support directly about the issue?

 

Because I always contact FIverr directly if there is something i think is wrong

I have 6 possible logos I wanted to show my partner, but the company name has disappeared on all of them. The slogan remains.
