My 8 years old Profile got Flagged because someone logged in to my Profile

Hello Fiverr Staff and Community Members,

I hope you are doing well. Recently someone logged in to my Fiverr Profile from different location while I was also logged in to my devices. My account got flagged and restricted for location inconsistencies. I didn't aware that my personal data was hacked. ( I have got back access of my Fiverr profile and mails)

I have provided team all the possible details for the further verification and security purpose. In reply they told me that user can't pose as different person or entity. I am extremely worried that maybe someone made a Fiverr profiles using my details back then and I am not aware of it. Please let me know how may I convenience the team that I don't have any active or disabled account. Furthermore if someone has already made active or disabled account using my personal details (stolen) how to tackle that issue? I had completed almost all the TRS requirements and it took me 8years to do that. I don't want to loose my profile as it was restricted back in 27th july and I am still sending mails to team but haven't got helpful replies for 3 days. 

P.S: My Personal data including (mails, personal pictures, documents screenshots) were hacked multiple times as my younger brother was also using my device where I logged in my Fiverr Account. I know I should've taka care of things but now I think this situation is out of my hands and I need help of Support Team to restore my account and disable all those profile containing my personal info's like socials, documents etc.

Hello Community Members, I hope you are all doing well!

On 27th July my 8 years old profile got flagged due to location inconsistencies. Upon asking the team and informed me that they have reasons to believe my account got compromised. On the active device section someone was logged in from different location. I went ahead and logged out that device from my profile.

 

Furthermore Team asked for some security details like Security questions, Date of birth, Last 4 digits of phone etc which I provided. After some days they informed me that they will permanently disable my profile because users can't pose as another person or identity.

Now, I am aware that my personal data including images, documents and other important mails was stolen and there might be high chances that someone used my personal details for their active or disabled profile. I am extremely worried about my profile and would like to know how to tackle this weird situation and I want my profile restored

 

It took me 8 years to build my profile and when I completed TRS requirements my account is currently flagged and I need serious help from the team instead of auto replies.

As stated in another thread where you suggested this, you cant get Seller Plus/Premium unless you are invited, also, our accounts have been flagged and/or disabled so we can't even upgrade.

Hi @graphicriver00, sorry to read your account got compromised. If you keep creating new tickets on the same subject, you'll keep getting the same auto-response. Instead, please respond through an existing ticket so that the team can look into this further. It is important to have all the info on the account reflect the verification info, and if your account was compromised it will stay restricted until the team informs you it's safe to use it. HI again, if you read our Forum Rules you'll see that here on the Forum we don't replace the Customer Support team, so please wait patiently to hear back from them. I see that you've created 16 tickets on the same subject, so the next time you respond, please do it through an existing ticket instead of creating a new one with every response, as that won't get the issue resolved.
