Like others, I removed all special characters, yet I am still receiving this error message; please advise

Hi @loanapprovals , this may happen if you copied a text from somewhere else and tried to paste it there, it might include invisible characters or special ones!

I recommend writing directly on the description box and there won't be any errors.
