How to Properly Cancel a Scheduled Class with a Client on Fiverr?

Hi everyone,

I am a tutor and I need to cancel a class that I have scheduled for tomorrow with a client. I'm unsure of the proper procedure to follow. Do I need to simply inform the client, or are there additional steps I should take to officially cancel the class on Fiverr? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I believe you need to communicate with the buyer and agree upon a new date and time mutually.

Thank you. I informed the buyer that I can't do the class on the scheduled time but I can make it up later.
