Late Delivery Status After Revision - Will It Impact My Success Score?

Hello everyone, I’m a new seller and received an order last month. I delivered the project on time today, but after the client requested some changes, I revised it and re-uploaded the source file. Now it's showing that the delivery was late, which isn’t true. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? Also, will this affect my success score?
