Will my gig rank up as I am getting order now?

This question is for experienced sellers. I got 3 orders in last month & received great review from my client. I've been working with this client for more than one year and last month he ordered 3 gigs. 

But my gig rank fallen down for the last 7 months. Now will my gig be rank up in the next review as I got 3 order past month? Please share your experiences and opinions about this issue.
