My success score is low while all my reviews are 5 stars

Hello everyone.

I haven't had any clients for a while because of Success Score. All my reviews are 5 stars and all my clients have been satisfied with the results of my work. I have tried my best to inform the client of the process completely. However, the success score has not changed at all and has had a very negative impact on my account. I would appreciate guidance on how to get my account back to level one.

Hi,

You can work with your previous buyers by offering them more value for the same price and this will help you to get new feedback. Once they are happy you can ask for referrals from them to get more reviews. 

Also I will suggest to wait for 1-3 Months, during this time be online and work with previous buyers or try bringing clients from social media etc to your Fiverr account.

Success score is not be count by using your 5 stars reviews, just looked your previous worked, if you did not delivered your order in a mean time period, your success score can be down automatically, if you get 5 stars reviews, be patient, next time do not late your order,,, hope it can bring improvement in your success score
