For no reason success score dropped to 4

Hey!

I have been active on fiverr and was about to be a level 1 seller suddenly my success score dropped to 4 despite these stats. all orders 5 star out of the 4 orders cancelled only 1 conflict and late delivery too only on 1 order.

These are the reasons and another reason is your private reviews which are not good and they are affecting your success scores.

I contacted each and every buyer and asked for private rating. They all gave me good ratings.
