All parameters are completed for Level 1 except the success score, stuck at 4 with a negative impact.

Hey everyone,

Hope you're doing very well.

I recently created a Fiverr seller account and successfully completed all parameters except the success score, which is stuck at 4. After checking each of my gig scores, I found that one main gig has a score of 4 with a negative impact due to "Client Satisfaction."

I'm looking for some expert advice to help me with this matter so I can achieve Level 1.
