Hello please I forgot my Fiverr security code and my phone number

So I contact support and they said I should verify then I did so 

But I am still unable to get the code back 

What should I do I am asked to confirm that I own this fiverr account

How can you forget your own phone number? Just call someone you know and ask them to tell you your number.
