Why is the "paid promotion" button missing from my seller account?

Hey there @divesh_kk 

Only sellers who meet our performance metrics can participate in this program. You are evaluated for promoted Gig participation eligibility according to Fiverr's freelancer-level system. You must be Level 1, Level 2, Top Rated, or Pro.

It is missing from my account as well. I am not selling any non eligible gig and I am already a level 1 seller
