website consumes a lot of CPU resources

I've been using Fiverr for several months now, and I've noticed that sometimes the web platform consumes a lot of resources, particularly in the gig chat. This issue doesn't occur in the general chat or anywhere else on the platform. Initially, I thought it might be a conflict with an addon in my Chrome browser, so I tested it in Firefox, which has no addons, but the resource consumption (CPU) problem persisted.

It's quite inconvenient because it often causes other programs running on my laptop to hang when I'm reviewing chat messages with clients. I'm using Ubuntu 22 as my operating system and primarily use Chrome as my browser. I'd appreciate any advice on how to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
