Promoting gig get 37click but no messages

I am working in level 1 seller graphics design. In the beginning, Gig Promote ON got a fairly good response, but this is the situation for the last 2 months.
A gig is promoted over.
37 clicks there are no messages. seems unusual to me. All the work I currently do is from repeat customers.

please suggest me anything
