How many days latter I should've  gradually create the another new gig from the date of my previous first gig?

You can create anytime. Make sure in new rules, you are allowed to create 4 gigs only.

You can create a new gig anytime but make sure it follows all the community guidelines and platform's TOS and make sure it is well-researched to have the full impact of the gig.
