Gig activate issue

I have paused gig and i am trying to activate it. but the gig activate button hidden. i have contact customer support it they are replying about search issue. how can i get support for this issue? the supporters are not reading the issue?

Use the same ticket and ask your question again. Tell them that you have been inactive so want to activate my gigs which are in paused mode. Hopefully, they will fix it for you.
