after two months able to repromote my gigs,but no impressions and clicks

hello there

fiverr doing something wrong to many sellers,when they use promotion option ,after few months every gigs suddenly vanished in gigs search,suddenly dropped all impression and clicks.even no solution yet from customer care.

after two months,now able to repromote my gigs..dont know suudenly,i seen promote options again.so its good news right?

after repromote,two days passed,no impressions and clicks yet.

anyone can give solution on it?
