I know what this sounds like. I made the account about a year ago, now i have no idea how to retrieve it, i want to start a new account but i need a phone number for that.

You need to contact Fiverr Support regarding it. You might not be allowed to open a new account as it will be a violation of TOS so better to discuss with Fiverr Support for it.
