Why is Promoted Gigs show active but work for a certain time?

I have 2 Questions.

 

01. My Promoted Gigs is active but I am getting the clicks and impressions at the time frame BD time 12 AM to 6 AM. Why not 24 hours? 

02. Which is better to keep {Promote with customized cap} or {Promote with no cap that means auto} or {higher than competitive CPC}?

I want to know from other sellers who are using that. I am waiting for your experience with Promoted Gigs features. Please share your feelings.

You then pay a fee when someone clicks on your ad. Fiverr's Promoted Gigs are sold on a per-click basis, through an auction process. You make a bid with the maximum amount you're willing to pay per click. You may end up paying less if other sellers' bids are lower.

PENDING APPROVAL - your Gig is under review prior to becoming active. The review may take a few days. REQUIRES MODIFICATION - your Gig needs to be modified per the instructions provided in your account. DRAFT - these are the Gigs that you haven't published yet.

My gig is open and I get impressions daily but at a certain time but why? That was my question.

It depends on your account value or activity. So, don't worry about that matter. keep it good service.
